Cecilia Rosin was first introduced in 2002 as Tartini Rosin. Tartini Rosin was quickly recognized as distinct among rosins by world-renowned string players and string lovers, leading to great demand and worldwide distribution. In September 2005, Andrea Bahng introduced an upgraded version called "Andrea", which was designed to provide even more sensitive and sophisticated sound enhancement than "Tartini." In 2009, Cremona in America re-introduced Andrea rosin with improved performance, and a new look. Cecilia Rosin is available for violin, viola, or cello in three styles.
Solo: Powerful, yet sensitive sound for the soloist. It enables maximized projection and extra clear bow articulation.
A Piacere: A Piacere has the exact same formula as the Tartini "GREEN", which provides the effortless bow control with even sound production. This rosin will get the most out of your instrument and add that extra something you had with Tartini "GREEN".
Sanctus: Sanctus is formulated to provide more possibilities in the sound of stringed instruments. This unique combination of two sophisticated rosin formulas provides the optimum balance for sound and bow control. These formulas have been put into two separate areas in one special rosin cake to show the clear definition of their roles. The outer ring formula has been designed to give a silky smooth playing feel and to produce a focused sound on the strings. The center formula responds and kicks in when the player demands more power and gutsiness from their instrument. The sound of these formulas when combined is noticeably more focused with enhanced tone strength. Ultimately, it stimulates your musical mind to explore the endless possibilities in your sound.

Due to the natural materials many of our products are made of, we try to choose images for our website that accurately reflect the product. Due to the delicate nature of string instruments, we do not ship at this time. All string instrument purchases are in-store pickup only.
Standard Shipping
All orders overĀ 30.00 dollars shipped to the contiguous 48 states will ship free of charge, using the best and fastest option available. (Overweight items are excluded. Any item that will get an additional handling fee will be marked as an āOversized Itemā). Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on location.Ā We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each.Ā

Refunds and Returns:
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. After 30 days, no products can be returned. Strings, music, and otherĀ consumables (oils, reeds, rosin, etc. ) cannot be returned unless an error was made in the shipment. Please call (847) 458-7386 to obtain a return authorization number before returning. If an item is returned withoutĀ an RMA number, your refund will be delayed,Ā and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. All products must be returned inĀ brand-new condition with all accessories and packaging. Please use a reputable shipping service with a way to track the package. Cassandra Strings, Inc. is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Because we cannot guarantee the fit of an instrument or bow in a case, we will not beĀ liable for return shipping if an item does not fit your instrument or bow correctly.
You may request a pre-paid return shipping label for convenience and cost savings. Ā Please note if you request a pre-paid return label from us, and if the merchandiseĀ you're returning is NOT defective or damaged, your pre-paid return label cost will be deducted from your refund.Ā Ā Attach the label to your package.Ā EnsureĀ theĀ RA#Ā you were issued is on the outside of the box.
